PetivoArt sells custom pet portrait products made from customer-provided photos. Because each item is personalized, returns work differently from ordinary ready-made products.
Custom product policy
After the design proof is approved and production has started, custom portraits are not eligible for return due to change of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong size.
Design proof and order changes
We contact you within 24 hours after checkout to confirm the design proof. You may request reasonable corrections before approval. Once approved, printing begins.
Cancellations before production
If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Requests made before proof approval or production are reviewed case by case.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the approved proof, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will review replacement or correction options.
Photo quality responsibility
Please provide a clear pet photo or respond promptly if we request a better image. Poor source photos can affect the final artwork and may delay proof approval.
