The full order path is simple: choose a style, upload a clear pet photo now or after checkout, confirm the design proof, then we print and ship after approval.
How does the design proof work?
After checkout, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm the design proof. Printing starts only after the proof is approved.
How long does shipping take?
Once the design proof is approved and the portrait is printed, standard transit time is usually 5-7 business days.
What photo should I upload?
Use a bright, front-facing pet photo where the face is clear. JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 12MB are accepted. If the photo is not ready, choose upload after order and send it by email before proof approval.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can request reasonable edits before approving the proof. Once approved, the custom item moves into production.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes. Choose the matching pet count on the product page before adding the portrait to cart.
Can I order a digital copy?
Yes. Digital copy is available as an add-on during customization. The main product remains a custom canvas portrait.
Returns
Custom products are made for your order.
Because each portrait is created from your photo and approved design proof, returns for change of mind are handled differently from ready-made products. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with your order number and photos.
