Best photo type
Use a bright, front-facing photo where the pet face is visible. Natural light usually works better than dark indoor lighting.
Accepted files
JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 12MB are accepted on the product page.
Upload after order
If the best photo is not ready yet, choose upload after order on the product page. We will collect the pet photo by email before approving the design proof.
Photos to avoid
Avoid tiny screenshots, heavy blur, covered faces, extreme filters, or photos where the pet is too far away.
Multiple pets
If ordering more than one pet, choose the matching pet count and provide photos where each pet face is clear.
