If the upload pet photo is uploaded after order, we collect it by email before the design proof is approved. Can I see my custom design before production?
Yes. After checkout, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm the design proof. Production starts only after you approve the proof.
Can I request changes to the design proof?
Yes. You can request reasonable changes before approval. Once the proof is approved, the custom piece moves into production and changes may no longer be possible.
What kind of pet photo works best?
Use a bright, front-facing photo where the pet face is clear. Natural light is ideal. Avoid heavy blur, tiny screenshots, filters, or photos where ears, eyes, or the face are covered.
Can I upload the pet photo later?
Yes. Select the upload-after-order option on the product page. We will collect the photo by email before your proof is approved. JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 12MB are accepted.

How long does the full order process take?

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient shipping address at checkout. Keep your email on the order so you can review and approve the design proof before production.
What happens if I need to cancel or have a return question?

Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Select the matching number of pets before adding the item to cart. This collection currently supports up to three pets in one custom design.
Do you create custom art for pets other than dogs?
Yes. Cats and other companion animals are welcome as long as the reference photo clearly shows the pet you want us to portray.
Can I order a digital copy too?
Yes. Add a digital copy during customization. It is an optional add-on to the custom canvas portrait.
