Custom portraits are created from the photo, notes, and options supplied with the order. We may request a clearer photo before proof approval if needed.
Proof approval
We contact you within 24 hours after checkout to confirm the design proof. Printing starts after proof approval.
Product options
Canvas size, pet count, finished type, rush preview, optional digital copy, and photo plan should be reviewed before the order is submitted.
Shipping
After proof approval and printing, standard transit time is usually 5-7 business days. Shipping estimates may vary because of carrier conditions or address issues.
Returns
Because custom portraits are personalized, return eligibility is limited after proof approval and production. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported with photos and the order number.
