Because many Tail & Frame Studio products are custom-made from customer photos, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent before checkout.
Custom-photo items
Personalized artwork is made specifically for your order. Custom-photo items are generally not returnable for preference changes after production begins.
Damage or production issue
If a physical item arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact us within 90 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review replacement or support options.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are easiest before proof approval or before production begins. Once artwork or printing is underway, cancellation may not be available.
Digital files
Digital file orders are delivered electronically and may not be refundable after the design process or delivery begins unless there is a clear production error.
