Shipping information is shown during checkout after the delivery address is entered. Custom-photo products begin production after the required artwork details are received and, where applicable, proof review is complete.
Production timing
Most custom-photo canvas orders enter production after photo, template number, size, and notes are confirmed. Standard production is usually 3-5 business days after proof approval or design confirmation.
Fixed design prints
Fixed design products do not require a pet photo. They are printed from the size and design number selected on the product page.
Shipping timing
Available delivery options, taxes, and shipping costs are shown before final order confirmation. Delivery time can vary by item, address, carrier, and seasonal volume.
Packaging
Canvas and print products are packed to reduce transit damage and arrive ready for gifting or display, depending on the selected product format.
