Before production
For custom-photo listings, your template number, pet photo, name, and notes are reviewed before the item moves into production.
What proof means
A proof is a design review step, not a finished physical product. It helps confirm that the selected style and key details are ready for printing.
Revision window
Small edits may be requested before approval, such as name spelling, minor composition notes, or clear template concerns. Major style changes may require a new template selection.
Fixed design products
Fixed design products are printed from the selected design number and do not need photo proof.
