Photo Guide
A good photo makes the custom artwork easier to design and easier to approve. Use this guide before uploading your pet image.
Best photo type
Use a clear, front-facing photo with the pet’s face visible. Natural light works best. Avoid blurry, dark, cropped, or heavily filtered photos.
Background does not need to be perfect
The pet matters most. A simple background helps, but your product template and notes guide the final artwork direction.
Multiple pets
If your product supports multiple pets, upload the clearest photo for each pet and use the notes field to explain placement or names.
What to avoid
- Photos where ears or face are cut off.
- Low-resolution screenshots.
- Heavy shadows over the eyes.
- Extreme side angles unless requested.
